This type of registration is available only to foreigners, who require to use their mobile phone with a Chilean Sim Card. If you use your phone only in the roaming mode, it is not necessary to make the aforementioned registration.

You may request the Administrative Homologation of your phone by email, by sending the following documents in PDF format to our email address:

1) Passport or Identity Document (ID)

2) Photo of mobile phone IMEI number. This is a 15 digit number which you may obtain by dialing *#06# on your phone (the 15 digit serial number will be displayed automatically on the screen).

3) Documentary evidence of your trip to Chile (entry stamp to the country, flight ticket or immigration card, passport or other document that proves your trip). Date of Entry to Chile must not exceed 30 days as of the date of presentation of this Administrative Homologation request.

4) Send PDF of signed form “Solicitud de Homologación Administrativa” .

This service is free of charge for the first phone registered. Should you need to register an additional phone before one (1) year, the registration cost is CLP$ 10,000.
